MAMJ would like to call the members to nominate their Sons or daughters for Student Academic Achievement Award 2009. Details are as follows:
Exam Years : 2007 & 2008
Minimum Results : UPSR: 4A’s , PMR : 5A’s , SPM 6A’s
fill up the form and submit to Exco Member before 25 September 2009. The nominations forms must accompanied with Exam results/ Cerificates. Alternatively you can email to info@myalagankulam.com ( The results/cerficates must be scanned & attached too )
