Salam to all,

In the modern time like this some of us are living in confusion whether to be remained as we are or make innovations to Islam (Bid’ah). We have to bear in mind. world can change, people can change, Religion and belief should remain the same.

The topic i have brought here might too general, however by discussing this we will get reward from Allah, Allah willing.

Let us see the western’s scientist comments below and further our article cum sharing informations.

What Islam had contributed?

Astronomy

“And it is He who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon; all [heavenly bodies] in an orbit are swimming.”
[Noble Quran 21:33]

The verses above had inspired early scientists those days to study about heaven those days.

Geography

Probably i couldn’t find any verse on it .However there are verses which invites us to travel and see god’s creations and signs. Moreover, to pray 5 times a day we have to find our kiblah. So, geography plays a role in Islam.

Islam had encouraged all to have knowledge, Humanity, Mathematics and Medicine

For knowledge: “Whoever is granted wisdom has indeed been granted wealth abundant” 2:269

Prophet Muhammad himself urged people to “take medicines for your diseases”, as people at that time were reluctant to do so. Prophet also said :

“God created no illness, except that He has established for it a cure, except for old age. When the antidote is applied, the patient will recover with the permission of God.”

Masha Allah,

Scientists and scholars those days had studied well on questions like Creation or Explosion? (Big bang) The Quran on the Origin of the Universe, Clouds, Mountains, Deep Seas , Internal Waves (There is a verse on waves and death in it, i can’t find it now),Seas ,Rivers,Human Embryonic Development,Cerebrum (forehead area of the brain in humans) and other heavy questions and learned a lot and contributed to the world.

We as new generations’ Muslims, what we have came with? Is it we are going backwards compared to what our previous generation had achieved?

Are we aware that Muslims started everything when we refer to historical facts.

My touch on this subject could be in a different way. Some of u are reading will probably have different information to share. I welcome and invite all for ur kind participation. Waiting for more info from thee
